Review for week ending 30/10/03

A much better week with three winning bets out of three. It was a shame that Arsenal or Charlton couldn't get one or two more corners each which would have greatly increased our profits but overall the week showed a reasonable profit of �452 (those of you who sold the time of the first Leeds goal against Liverpool will have done even better). This now raises the the total profit for the season so far to �592 (an average profit of nearly �120 per week). These potential bets are determined using the guidelines on the Weekly Reviews page.

	A sell of the bookings index in the Sheffield United / Reading game at 36 with either Sporting Index or Spreadex (Soccer Spreads rating 26.8 - Makeup 10) for �13 per point would have produced �338 profit.
	A buy of the cross corners in the Charlton / Arsenal game at 29 with sportsspread (Soccer Spreads rating 35.7 - Makeup 35) for �13 per point would have produced �78 profit.
	A sell of the Charlton bookings supremacy over Arsenal at 2 with IG Index (Soccer Spreads rating minus 7.2 - Makeup 0) for �18 per point would have produced �36 profit.

Please note that potential bets are only recorded if the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the best spread available is at least a quarter of the spread volatility (e.g. in order to bet on the total corners in a Premiership match the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the spread being offered must be at least 0.9).
