Review for week ending 16/10/03

Another quiet week with the Euro 2004 qualifiers reducing the league programme to mainly Division One games. The three bets that emerged all ended up losing although in the end not too much damage was done. Overall the week showed a loss of �260 which reduces that the total profit for the season so far to �447 (an average profit of nearly �150 per week). 	A buy of the Rotherham bookings supremacy over Nottingham Forest at 6 with Sporting Index (Soccer Spreads rating 12.4 - Makeup 0) for �13 per point would have produced a loss of �78.
	A buy of the West Ham win index against Norwich at 15.5 with Sporting Index (Soccer Spreads rating 19.6 - Makeup 10) for �29 per point would have produced a loss of �160.
	A sell of the Coventry supremacy over Wimbledon at 0.9 with Sporting Index (Soccer Spreads rating 0.17 - Makeup 1) for �220 per goal would have produced a loss of �22.

Please note that potential bets are only recorded if the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the best spread available is at least a quarter of the spread volatility (e.g. in order to bet on the total corners in a Premiership match the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the spread being offered must be at least 0.9).
