Review for week ending 26/09/02

A reasonable start to the season with three winning bets out of four. Grimsby let us down badly by losing 3-0 at home to Forest (and also having a player sent off) and it was a shame that Coventry equalised late on against Bradford. However Walsall's 3-0 victory away at Millwall and Portsmouth losing 1-0 at Norwich meant that overall the week showed a profit of �669. 	A sell of the Millwall supremacy over Walsall at 1.0 with Cantor Sport (Soccer Spreads rating 0.45 - Makeup -3) for �165 per goal would have produced �660 profit.
	A buy of the Grimsby mini performance against Notts Forest at 18 with Sporting Index (Soccer Spreads rating 23.0 - Makeup -15) for �12 per point would have produced a loss of �396.
	A sell of the Portsmouth mini performance against Norwich at 20 with IG Index (Soccer Spreads rating 12.8 - Makeup 0) for �17 per point would have produced �340 profit.
	A sell of the Coventry mini performance against Bradford at 20 with Sporting Index (Soccer Spreads rating 14.4 - Makeup 15) for �13 per point would have produced �65 profit.

Please note that potential bets are only recorded if the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the best spread available is at least a quarter of the spread volatility (e.g. in order to bet on the total corners in a Premiership match the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the spread being offered must be at least 0.9).
