Subscriber - the party to whom the ratings are provided.
Site - the Soccer Spreads website.

i) The ratings supplied are the copyright of Soccer Spreads 2010, all rights are reserved. They are supplied on the strict understanding that they are for the Subscriber's sole use only and that they will not be sold, given or in any way made available to any other third party. No part of these ratings may be stored or recorded in any storage and retrieval system, mechanical, electronic or photographic, or by any other means, and no part of them may be transmitted or reproduced in any form or in any way.

ii) This website has been compiled and published by Soccer Spreads who are the sole owners of the copyright. Reproduction, copying or image transfer by any means is expressly prohibited. All intellectual property rights are reserved under English Law. Legal action will result in any breach without the express consent of Soccer Spreads.

The Law of these Terms and Conditions

i) These Terms and Conditions and any membership accepted shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with English Law and the Client accepts the jurisdiction of the English courts but without prejudice to the right of the Service Provider to bring proceedings in the courts of any state in which the Client carries on business.
